No Experience Required
Many of our volunteer roles do not require any qualifications. Where necessary, you will receive training and ongoing support to ensure you feel confident and prepared for your assigned role. All we ask is that you are passionate about supporting young people.
Shore-Based Volunteers
Our shore-based volunteers undertake essential administrative tasks. They manage bookings and ensure that all sailors are fully prepared before heading out onto the water. Their attention to detail and organisational skills help to create a seamless experience for everyone involved.
Water-Based Volunteers
On the water, our volunteers are responsible for the safety of our young sailors. They drive or crew the safety and support boats, providing reassurance and protection throughout each session. Their vigilance and commitment are fundamental to maintaining a secure and enjoyable environment.
